Cleanup xp's all unnecessary filés

Hello,
I have a question if thier is anyway of cleanup windows xp on every
unnecessary file (Temoprary Internet Files, Disk Cleanup, etc..)
This should be done with some bat-file so the user don't need to do
anything!!

there is a great little program i use called IE Privacy Keeper located here:
http://browsertools.net/downloads.html the program lets you select which
folders you want automatically emptied and when. let me know if this helps.
