Cleanmgr - when running, it takes up all CPU

Everytime I try to run my disk cleanup (cleanmgr.exe), it
takes up all of my CPU. It used to work okay. Within a
couple of minutes, it would tell me which files I could
delete to free up space. Now it doesn't even finish. I
wonder what I have done????? Comments and/or solution
appreciated.

I have the same problem any help? also when I open my

task manager the interface has changed to a very basic
one. That is why I am here thanks
