Cleaning utility

Can someone please recommend a cleaning utility to remove loose files left
over after uninstalling applications? I had Norton System Works but removed
it from my OS and do not want to use Norton anymore (poor support and other
things). If you can recommend a free program that would be even better.

U can always spend $$ 4 1. Temp File Tool of jv16 Power
Tools works 4 me, $0 & has other goodies. Use
RegCleaner with care & save Reg b4.
