Looking for defrag, clean, and registry fixing util recommendations. I'm sick of Norton Utils

I've been searching around trying to find replacement utilities for the
features of Norton Utilities. I've finally gotten sick of paying for their
bloatware, always having to upgrade or get a new key or rebuy it and them
not really improving or adding to their tools much.

I'm looking for 3 things

disk defragmentation
temp file/junk cleaning
and registry cleaning and fixing

I'd love to find freeware or open source solutions

I've been looking at

Pagedefrag
CCleaner
TweakNow RegCleaner

and a few others
any recommendations?
are any of these all in one tools freeware?

thanks
mike

I've somehow managed to get by using the built-in WinXP utilities.

OH... and I couldn't care less about registry cleaners. They don't do
shit when it comes to speeding up my eXPerience.

They can be very handy if you want to make sure that something you
uninstalled is completely uninstalled.

If you're into open source solutions, maybe it's time to consider going all
the way? How would you like to forget about disk defragging, junk cleaning,
registry cleaning and fixing, insecurity and finally have total stability
with your computer?

Take a look at one of the wonderful GNU/Linux distros. Find more here ...

Disk Defragmentation: Use the built in tools. Other options are
Diskeeper Corp's Diskeeper or Raxco Perfect Disk

CCleaner - it's free.

Registry cleaner - don't need it.

The defragmentation utility built into WinXP is more than adequate for
most purposes. Otherwise, you might want to look into Raxio's
PerfectDisk or Diskeeper.

temp file/junk cleaning

Again, the disk cleanup utility built into WinXP is more than adequate
for most purposes.

and registry cleaning

There's no need for any such product.

and fixing

Regedit.exe (Built into WinXP.) Nothing else is necessary.
