Clean Text in Cells?

Dear All

Is there a function in Excel that will help to "clean" the text i
cells to be proper sentences? I know that there is the "Proper
function which changes the first letter of every word to be capita
letter while the rest are small letters. What I need is that only th
first letter of the first word becomes a capital letter while the res
remain as small letters. And the first letter after a full stop
question mark, etc will also be a capital letter. In other words,
need the text to be a proper sentence in proper report structure
Currently, I have to go through all the cells to change the letter
manually. Sometimes, it's a pain in the ass as there are more than 500
cells to go through!!! I would really appreciate any help or advice...
