Clean "Run" Menu

I am running XP Home Edition and don't have a problem but an annoyance.

When I go to "start" "run" to enter a www address to access a website, a
large drop-down menu appears with all kinds of www address that I never
entered myself.

Is there any way to clean out these addresses?

Right-click on your Taskbar and select:
Properties > Start Menu > Customize > Clear
