Clean install XP Pro? Confused!!!!

Thx for the michaelstevenstech.com link for the clean XP.
The instructions are confusing for me though. Any
suggestions. Anyone I can call toll free for a step-by-
step walk through?? Would love to install my XP Home ed
today and register it.
