What application can be used to draw the class relation schema? Rational
Rose? Anything else? Who and what is using for this purpose?

create UML diagrams.

Hi Just,

There are a number of applications that are used to for UML. A couple of one
other than Rational Rose:
Microsoft Visio (which comes with Visual Studio.NET Enterprise)
Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect

These app are generally used by architects and ppl who want to design
solutions - this could be in areas other than software development too.
