Clarke and Wright Savings Algorithm

Does anyone have implemented the Clarke and Wright savings algorithm in
C#, or another language, that I could translate to C# ??? Any website
link is also helpful... I tried in google, but I didn't found any
programming code.

Not actual code, but at a quick glance

appears to provide enough detail to implement the algorithm.
