ckdsk problem

Everytime i restart Win2k It says my disk needs to be checked. After it says
press key to cancel checking it says something along the lines of -this disk
does not appear to be a win2k disk- And then it asks me if i want to check it
anyway, but it automatically chooses no. Now im having all sorts of errors.

Please help quickly - Thanks in advance.
