citations & bibliograpgy group disappeared from tab. how to get ba

As per subject. It has disappeared from the references tab and i need to use
it. How do i get this back please.

What is your default editing language in
Start=>Programs=>Microsoft Office=>Microsoft Office Tools=>Language Setting

If you start Word 2007 in Office safe mode (hold ctrl key when starting) is the group there?
