At startup and while windows is running, a cisvc.exe
error ...there is no disk.. \Device\Hardisk\DR1
If we put a zip disk, (blank or not) in the internal zip
drive, there is no error. Adjusted settting in BIOS for
Physical disk1 which did reference the zip drive and set
it to off. The message went away at boot up. I had to
reinstall Norton on what we at least thought was a
seperate issue. After live update and restart. The error
returned. Couldn't find anything on symantec's site. Any
suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Steve

Does it help if you tell the indexing service [1] not to index that drive?
