cisvc.exe - No Disk

When booting up I get the following error. cisvc.exe No
Disk.

There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into a
drive \Device\Harddisk1\Dr1

Have the options to :
Cancel Try Again Continue

If you keep hitting Cancel the error will finally go away.
