Cisco VPN and XP Home Workgroups

All,
I am running into a problem with a person I am trying to
help. They have a wireless home network with a network
printer, when they connect into our office using Cisco's
VPN they can not seem to access their printer or anything
on their local workgroup there. Is there anything that
we can do to circumvent this problem?

There is a firewall running during the VPN session. This
is why they cannot get to any of the workgrouped
computers during the VPN session.
