No longer able to connect to cisco vpn on wireless

I support a laptop that was able to connect to a home wireless network and
login into cisco vpn. Now the laptop can connect to the home wireless network
and the internet but cisco vpn cannot connect.
The computer is xp sp2 and nothing has changed from when it was working.

any errors? or check the VPN log.
