Cisco Secure VPN Client 3des 1.1 for Windows XP professional

When installing Cisco Secure VPN Client 3des 1.1 for
Windows XP Professional, it gives an error message

'IsDneCheckRequirements not sufficient'
and comes out without installing the software

Check with Cisco for an update to the VPN client. It appears to be a VPN
client issue.

I found that Cisco VPN Client V4.0.1 works. Had problems in XP with
previous version

I got exact same problem. Cisco site very unfhelpful. Didi you resolve this somehow
