Windows XP -Pro SP1
Office 2003

Whenever I shut down my computer I get a couple of windows of programs that
are frozen and computer asks me to end task or wait....I end the task and
it shuts down without a problem.
The first window is for CiceroUlwndframe
The second window is for WMI which is probably frozen due to Cicero. I
checked
google and a couple of pages pointed to Office 2003. I removed the useless
speech recognition whatever from Office 2003, but still get the problem with
CiceroUlwndframe.

Anybody has any hits to help me out??

Thanks.

"CiceroUlWndFrame" error (Not Responding) upon Windows
Shutdown:

This error is caused by the "Speech and Handwriting
Recognition" feature of MS Office. You can turn this
feature off by going to the Add/Remove Programs applet in
Control Panel. Click on the entry for MS Office and then
on "Change". Browse to "Office Shared
Features," "Alternative User Input," and make Speech and
Handwriting Recognition (both) "Not available" from the
drop-down box.

Let us know if this works

I already removed the speech recognition part of Office 2k3
and still have the same problem.

any other thoughts??

Thanks
