There is no way that the CIA or other US Government agency
would use Norton - maybe SAV (Enterprise product). If you
pay close attention you'll notice that almost 100% of all movies
feature Apple computers not PCs. I can only think of a just a
handful of movies that actually show a PC. The last 007 movie
had Sony notebooks featured in it. That's more because Sony
owned a piece of the film rights and probably used it's own line.

If the CIA are using Norton then no wonder the intelligence is wrong the
US's enemies are having a field day planting viruses in the system. Norton
AV couldn't catch a cold, let alone a virus. Seriously Sophos Enterprise
Anti Virus would be more in keeping with an organisation such as the CIA.

I used to use Sophos Enterprise at work for around 8000 clients then (not my
doing) and it couldn't catch the simplest of viruses... With SAVCE browsing to a
machine on the network & immediately it started picking up viruses that Sophos
missed. Luckily I was able to convince the powers that be to change & 100%
better

Sophos used to have problems creating Envelope files & in 10-20 mins there could
be 2000 of them which slowed the machines down. A fix was found luckily & Sophos
Support admitted there was a problem

It used to have problems with updating (primary/secondary servers), slower
machine startup... I had to write 2 programs 1 to setup Sophos & 2nd to delete
those envelope files)

Never in a million years would I recommend Sophos. It's worse than McCrappy &
that is saying something
