Christmas day installation bllues!!

Hi,

Trying to install a program I get the error message "unable to find the
installshield scripting runtime" which appears in an "Installshield" dialog
box. I,ve trawled the net and tried most things with no progress. Any
hints/help before I resort to the nuclear solution of a re-install of
Windows?

The particular program is Activision "The Movies" but from what I think I've
learnt from the net the problem is generic and not program specific. Any
help would be most appreciated and undoubably cheer my children up no end.

Try the above pasted link. Google returns 39600 hits for the phrase
"installshield scripting runtime". Good luck!
