Alright, in the DOS Prompt (Black CMD Windows) just type in
"expand WORDPAD.EX_ c:\"
(Exactly as you see it *No Quotes* and hit Enter.
Then..
Step 6: Open My Computer>>C:
Step 7: Rename WORDPAD.EX_ 2 WORDPAD.EXE
Step 8: Move WORDPAD.EXE 2 C:\Program Files\Windows NT\Accessories
