Choosing which operating system to load?

When ui start up mu computer it asks me which operating system i would like
to load. Im not sure how i caused this but i dont want to choose.

How do i stop this choice from appearing?

You need to edit your boot.ini file:

Run MSCONFIG and on the BOOTINI tab click "Check all boot paths", this will
remove invalid ones.
