choosing which account to send from

I have four email accounts listed in Outlook. I was
wondering if there is a way to create a new message and
CHOOSE which of the four I wish to send it from. Any help
appreciated. Also, is there a way to have each addresses
mail sent to a different mailbox?

Depending on OL version, send using, or drop down on the send btn
In OL create rules to move msgs, on receipt, to appropriate folder.
ie you create a folder for each email add.
