Choose Profile prompt pops up a duplicate dialogue box

When I run Outlook 2003 using multiple profiles, the program pops up two
identicle "Choose Profile" prompts.

When selecting the user from the second promt, send and receive functions
are dissabled. Very annoying.

I have Out look 2003 on Windows XP. Everything is up to date. And I did do a
"detect and repair." Anyone know what's up?
 
Remove all profiles and re-do them. Does the multiple choose profile window
problem go away?
