Chkdsk verification error

Hi ,

When I run the chkdsk , I came up with the following message ;

chkdsk is verifying files <stage 1 of 3>
File verification completed.
chkdsk is verifying indexes <stage 2 of 3>
Deleting index entry download.bak in index $I30 of file 38047.
Deleting index entry download.dat in index $I30 of file 38047.
Deleting index entry DOWNLO~1.BAK in index $I30 of file 38047.
Deleting inde entry DOWNLO~1.DAT in index $I30 of file 38047.
Index verification completed.
Errors found. Chkdsk cannot continue in read-only mode.

Is this a serious error ? if it is. What can I do in order to fix ?

Use Crap Cleaner!

also,

Run chkdsk in safe mode.
