I just installed XP Home and my D drive is corrupted and XP
reports that its File System is RAW and it can't repair it.

Any ideas?

Place the disk in the drive and start the install over. I assume you have two partitions although you don't say so. Choose the D:\ partition when you get to that point of the setup and then choose to delete it by pressing d and then format with the ntfs. In short start all over. RAW file system=bitmap. Good luck.
