When I restarted my computer, it wouldn't boot anymore and complained about
ntoskrnl.exe. The Microsoft support site suggested to try chkdsk /r. Now
there are no ntoskrnl.exe errors anymore, but the computer keeps rebooting
before the XP logon screen appears. I guess it doesn't help that I had
Windows setup so that it restarts on system failures.
To decide on what to do next, I need to know if there were serious hard disk
errors while doing chkdsk /r. Is there any way I can get at it log file?
Obviously I can't use Event Viewer because Windows doesn't start.
TIA for any help!
