Hello,
After running chkdsk I found lots of "Read failure with status 0xc000003f at
offset ..." in log. Can't find aby document explaining what does "status
0xc000003f" stands for, can someone point me to one ?

With the limited info provided what I find searching on 0xC000003F is line 63 (2)
at:
http://blogs.msdn.com/joshpoley/pages/errors-000-facility-null.aspx

Which then a search gets:
{Bad CRC} A cyclic redundancy check (CRC) checksum error occurred. STATUS_CRC_ERROR
http://www.eventid.net/display.asp?eventid=7&eventno=3405&source=Ftdisk&phase=1

If you haven't already, look in event viewer for any errors listed for any of the
listings in the left menu.
Click on a listing in the menu.
Double click on any error(s) shown in the right pane to view a description which may
include a link to a possible solution.
