chipset drivers

I'm trying to restore the system on an HP with XP home on
it, it'll restore but them after running a for awhile it
shuts down and restarts and then a fatel error happend and
the problem is in the graphics controller and the chipset
driver, and that I need to reload the chipset drivers but
I can't find the drivers on the microsoft web site. does
anyone have a link too a site or page that I can download
the drivers for Intell 845G chipsets?

Always get driver updates from the manufacturer of the hardware, not from ms
or windows update.

That link is rather long and may not work properly, depending on your
newsreader settings. If you go to the main site <http://www.intel.com>,
and mouse over the "Support & Download" link, you will see a link for
"Download Center". A simple search will yield the driver you need for
the graphics controller.

Also, the HP website <http://www.hp.com> should have the drivers you
need. You will have to know the model number and/or serial number of
the machine you are trying to fix.
