Chipset driver update

I have a P4C800-E Deluxe and want to update my drivers for the
P875 chipset. The current drivers are 2 years old now.
I use Windows 2000. Is this the right drivers for my ASUS board?
IATA51.EXE and INFINST_AUTOL.EXE ?

I run a p4c800 deluxe and definetly use the INFINST_AUTOL.exe thing .

the IATA51.EXE thing looks like what you would need if you were running a
SATA RAID setup.. if you are not running a RAID Array .. you dont need it.
