solve this problem? appreciate

Apparently it isn't all that easy if you don't have Chinese Windows. I'm
assuming your Windows is the English version. You didn't mention which
email program you're using, so I made an assumption and Googled for "how
to see email in Chinese Windows Mail". Here is a link to the search
results (Tiny URLed):

There are a couple of links that look like they might be useful. This
one, "Sending and Receiving E-Mail in Chinese under Windows: An
Overview" looks thorough but predates Vista:

(Be careful of some of the other links, particularly on the second page
- they look dodgy. It's easy to see which ones those are or I wouldn't
send you the search link.)

I also did a search for "use IME Chinese Vista" and that also looks
promising:

I hope that will at least get you started in the right direction for
solving your issue.

I know next to nothing about this, but as an experiment, I just cut
and pasted a few Chinese characters from a web site into an Outlook
2007 E-mail message, and sent it myself. It arrived looking
fine--still Chinese.

Whether I did something special back when to make this happen, I can't
remember, but I don't think so.
