Chinese characters in filename

Hi, my computer is unable to read the cd that has files
containing chinese characters. I have added the CH
language in Regional Settings, but it did not help.

You must install East asian language first under Regional and language
options
When you check on it, they will ask you for the windows cd to install.
After that, go into Advanced, language for non-unicode programs > select
Chinese(PRC)
Apply and ok. U should be able to see chinese filenames now.
