Checkpoint NG to Windows 2003 RRAS site-to-site?

Our company has a Checkpoint firewall NG at the HQ, we also has a Windows
2003 RRAS at Shanghai branch office. I would like to create a site-to-site
vpn between the 2. Is this possible and is there any complication? Is there
any additional cost involve (licensing, additional module)? Has anybody done
such a connection before (site-to-site between Checkpoint and Windows 2003)?
