Checking what user is on a computer by only knowing their IP

I am working on a small office network and am monitoring
traffic to websites etc. The (ISA server)reports only show
IP addresses but I need to find out what users are using
that machine. Is this possible?
 
Yes it is possible with a third party tool from Lakeside Software, SysTrack. SysTrack reports web usage, by system, user, or site visited. It even allows blocking of unauthorized websites. www.LakesideSoftware.co
