Checking the "Provide feedback with animation" option does not pr.

Hello:

I recently purchased Office 2003 for my new computer. I have been unable to
get the animated cursors to appear in Office 2003 as I used to have in Office
97.

I have verified that the "Provide feedback with animation" box is checked on
the General tab in Word 2003's Options dialog. I have also verified that
this setting in Word 97 on my old computer does in fact change the cursors
from static to animated.

The cursor I miss most is the painting brush when clicking on the Format
Painter tool in the toolbar.

Is this problem a bug or am I missing something?
