Checking for new messages recieving problem.

when i down load my new messages in wiondows mail (vista). It say recieing
message 1 0f 50 then down loads the message and should say finishing etc. but
it does not go onto finishing and just stays on recieving messages and whne i
close it down and then click on send and recieve again, all the messages have
to be downloaded again as a result i amd now downloading 19257 of 19257 and
its stuck again.
Please help me as i really dont wanna phone a £10 a minute tech line up.

Sounds like you have a very large message, maybe a Video or many large
photos in your mailbox?

You need to log in to your mail-providers web site, with your user name and
password, read, check and generally clean out your mailbox.

If you do not know the address of that website, then tell us who your ISP or
mail provider is, and we will probably be able to help you to find it?
