check on track eraser cannot be uncheck

some features on the track eraser doesn't work at all
especially the window recycle bin etc...
Cannot uncheck some track eraser feature anymore and
cannot uncheck remember check track because
every time I uncheck it when I close program and open the
program again I've notice its check again

Anyone got this problem?
