Can we check the empty "deleted items" folders? sometimes i accidently delete
the folders and I didn't mean it... want to go and check it? I remembered
when I was working at the office they had a software for email accounts and
they had it and I checked the empty 'deleted items folders' is there one on
windows mail?

If you mean "Recover Deleted Items", you were likely using Outlook with an
Exchange Server; this combination offers such a feature, Windows Mail does
not.

What do you mean by "check the empty "deleted items" folder"?
If you mean, open that folder and examine (read) the messages inside
that folder, sure, you can do that.

if you mean that i can go back and check the delete items folder again after
i delete the folders, if so then how do i do that? I am using the windows
mail... windows vista...

Tools | Options | Advanced | Maintenance has an option to "empty the deleted
items on exit". You do NOT want to check that, as then you won't be able to
recover the messages if you accidentally delete the folders. If you go to
View | Layout and enable the folder bar and not the folder list, then its
much more difficult to delete a folder.

If you delete anything from most folders, it goes to the 'Deleted Items' folder.
If you delete something from the Deleted Items folder, it is gone for good.
That is why it warns you when you try to do that.
