Check Disk Report?

[MT Jones]

When scheduling XP to perform a check disk on a drive
volume next time the computer starts up, does it generate
a log file or report so you can see if, or what errors it
finds? I have looked high and low for information on this
on the internet but have found nothing.

Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Event Viewer, Application log. Source will be "Winlogon", Type is "Information". Double click the item to see the results. You can then click on the little button with 2 overlapping pages as a symbol and copy the information to the clipboard, then paste it to Notepad, or other text target. Looks like this:
