How to code in VBA to find it is the 4th Sunday and 21st of the month or
Last day of the month and 5th Sunday and is the Last day of the month falls
on Sun?

please advise.

The 21st can't be the 4th Sunday.
Maybe you're looking for the WeekDay function.
