Hi James,
Change the font to "Wingdings 2" for the column and type in a "P"
where you want the checkmark. If you want to see some of the
checkmarks in different fonts see http://www.mvps.org/dmcritchie/rexx/htm/symbols.htm#ticks
You can add a check box by opening the form toolbar (right
click on your toolbars and select forms).
Select the check box icon and draw it where you want it.
Once you have placed it you can link its value to a cell
by right clicking on the check box, go to Format Control
and in the Control tab you can select the cell you want to
link. This will return a TRUE/FALSE value to the cell.
