check boxes code

i'm doing a checklist with two boxes (yes/no) using the check box associated with visual basic through word. what codes can i use to get the check boxes working correctly? Thank you.

Check box form fields don't work until the document is protected for forms.

If you mean checkboxes like the ones in the FAX templates, these are a bit
complicated. They involve an interaction of macros, macrobutton fields, and
AutoText.
