Check Boxes and Queries

In a tabel I have created check boxes (tick for yes, leave blank for no) and am trying to calculate in a query how many yes's I have and how many no's. How can I do this???? Please help????
 
You need to use a "totals" query.

Click on the funny "E" (Says "Total" when you hover over it.) on the toolbar
to turn on the totals row.

Bring your field down to the grid twice. Leave the first one set to
"GroupBy." Change the second one to "Count."
