check box to combo

Hi,
I've few tests in one table. Corresponding Form, all the tests will be
diplayed as check boxes. I need a combo box which displays the tests which
are all checked.
Further more I need a form to be opened when I select one of the items
displayed in the combo box.
Can anyone help me in this..??

Hi,
My question is:
I have a table "Tests" with fields TestA,TestB,TestC and TestD and all these
are with Yes/No. I created a form "Tests-Form" with these fields appearing as
check boxes.
Now what I want is a combo box in another form "Tests-Status" which will be
showing all the checked fields in "Tests-Form".
