What is the cheapest ATi AGP card with DX9 support?
Is there any card supporting on TV-OUT 1280x1024 resolution?

Probably 9550. You can do a product comparison on the website.

1024X768 is higher resolution than analog TV so doubt any go 1280x1024 .

yes I know it needs scaling but I heard some NVidia cards can do it on
the fly
Now, i i want to do a slideshow on TV, I need to do cloning and lower my
desktop resolution to 1024x968
