Cheap rubbish

Some cheap guy convinced me to buy a cheap PC... AMD instead of intel.
I put XP. Ever since I bought it like two weeks ago, I can't connect
to the internet when I switch on my PC and my modem (IDSL). I always
have to restarf my PC so that the internet connection is on. I suspect
this Nvidia rubbish to be the cause. Even sometimes restarting doesn't
work so I have to uninstall and re-install the network drivers. I am
sick of this really i was happy I bought a new pc, no i regret my old
toshiba with my ME and the old R... ethernet card.
did someone sle have this problem and how did you resolve it?

Have you considered adding a cheap PCI network card and using it instead of
your onboard network card to see if that resolves the issue?
