Chassis fan connector

My P4C800-E D has a connection on board for a chassis fan, but my chassis
fan in the Antec Sonata only has a 4 pin power molly coming out of it. The
Seasonic power supply also does not have a dedicated chassis fan power
connection. The fan spins full speed constantly. There are no more wires
left to hook up anywhere. I'd like the case fan to be regulated by case
temperature or have a speed adjustment. I was hoping Q-fan on the Asus would
do that, but it can't if there is no connection. Is there something I'm
missing, or an add on solution?

I think Antec may have done that on purpose because the fan draws too
much power.
