Make the chart as a line chart. Select each series to change to a column,
and use Chart Tools > Design tab > Type > Change Chart Group to change just
the selected series to a column. Repeat for other series you need to change.
Then select each series you want to put onto the secondary axis, press
Ctrl+1 (numeral one) to bring up the Format dialog, and on the Series
Options tab (I think) choose the secondary axis option.
