I building reports that I want to have charts. I want to be able to email
the reports & charts to different people without Access. Is there a way to
be able to convert both to a format that they will be able to view and run
the reports in a macro?

The only way to give Access charts to people who do not have Access installed is
to either export the reports in the built in Snapshot Format (SNP file
extension) or use a PDF writer installed on your PC to create PDF files.

In the case of the former the recipients would need to download and install the
free Snapshot Viewer program from Microsoft. For the latter, they would need to
download and install a PDF file viewer like Adobe Acrobat (also free).

How would you export it into PDF since there is not an extension for PDF in
export?

From my previous response "...or use a PDF writer installed on your PC to
create PDF files."

You would have to acquire software that is capable of creating PDFs and
install it on your PC. Many of these are free. I use a program called
CutePDF which is one of the free ones. These programs typically act like
another printer installed on your system except that when you print to them
they create a PDF file instead of a hard copy.

Thanks for the help.
