chart for each record?

I created a Chart in Access based on a table. The only problem that I have
is that I have 13 records and when I run the chart, it creates 13 identical
charts? What am I missing?

I haven't been able to get a report with a Chart-Per-Record to work since
Access 2. It's actually relatively difficult to even get a
Chart-Per-Report-Instance to update much less getting it to update per
record.
