Changing xp Background

at work we have numerous computers, all with the default background,
we would like to remove this and place our compnay logo there instead,
we have 3 accounts on this system, a network account, a local acount and a
user account,
the local account alows us to change this, but the two other accounts inform
us that we dont have sufficent privellages to be able to right click the
network..
how do i work around this???

any help on solving this problem would be greattly appreciated

Have the system admin change it.
